Community Services

The Diploma of Counselling qualification reflects the roles of counselling services. It will give you the knowledge and skills you need to Human Welfare Studies and Services and undertake project work which requires an understanding of budget management and financial planning to the required level.
The Certificate IV in Mental Health qualification reflects the roles of mental health services. It will give you the knowledge and skills you need to lead teams, supervise other community services workers and undertake project work which requires an understanding of budget management and financial planning to the required level.​At this level, you will have specialised skills and a high-level understanding of the community services practices and are able to work autonomously under the direction of senior management.
The Diploma of Community Services qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management, and social housing workers involved in managing, coordinating, and/or delivering personal services to individuals, groups, and communities. It will give you the knowledge and skills you need to lead teams, supervise other community services workers and undertake project work which requires an understanding of budget management and financial planning to the required level.​At this level, you will have specialised skills and a high-level understanding of the community services practices and are able to work autonomously under the direction of senior management.
